When most people think about travel, Tulsa, Oklahoma probably isn’t the first destination that comes to mind. It certainly wasn’t for me. But sometimes the most memorable places aren’t the ones plastered across every travel magazine and social media feed.
In just a few weeks, I’ll be heading to Tulsa to reconnect with family I haven’t seen in years. While the trip started as a chance to spend time with loved ones, I’ve found myself increasingly excited to explore a city that seems to be one of America’s best-kept secrets.
From the historic architecture of downtown Tulsa to the iconic stretches of Route 66, the city is filled with stories, culture, and character. I’ll be staying at the beautiful Tulsa Club Hotel, exploring local restaurants, and discovering firsthand what makes this city so special.
Travel isn’t always about crossing oceans or visiting famous landmarks. Sometimes it’s about reconnecting—with family, with old memories, and with places you never expected to fall in love with.
Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing my experiences, favorite discoveries, and travel tips from Tulsa. If you’ve never considered visiting Oklahoma, you might be surprised by what this city has to offer.
Stay tuned for more from Tulsa soon.
